About This CSC Online Application Guide

This site is a plain-English guide to the CSC online application for the Career Service Examination in the Philippines. We explain how filing works for the March 14, 2027 CSE-PPT, which portal your region uses, what documents you need, and what to do when something goes wrong with your account or your slot.

Why this site exists

Every exam cycle, the same questions flood in. Which website do I use, OCSEAS or eServe? Why was my photo rejected? What does "For Payment" mean? The official announcements answer all of this, but they are written in formal language and spread across several CSC pages and regional offices. We gather the key points from CSC Examination Announcements No. 05, 06 and 07, s. 2026, and the CSC news release of October 29, 2026, and lay them out in the order you actually need them.

What you will find here

The homepage walks you through the full application, from creating your account to your Online Notice of School Assignment. Our posts go deeper on the steps, the requirements and photos, and the 2027 schedule and results. The download page points you to the official OCSEAS portal, because filing only happens there, never here.

What this site is not

This is an independent guide. It is not the Civil Service Commission, and it cannot accept applications, book slots, check your personal application status, or release exam results. Only the CSC can do those things, through csc.gov.ph, ocseas.csc.gov.ph and services.csc.gov.ph.

Rules can also change. Slots, testing centers and dates come from the CSC, and the CSC can issue new announcements at any time. When something here and something on the official CSC website disagree, the CSC website wins. Check it before you travel to an office or pay anyone anything.

How we work

We update this guide when the CSC publishes new announcements for an exam cycle. For the March 2027 cycle, that means watching slot availability notes, the personal appearance period that started November 3, 2026, and the results target of May 11, 2027. For the August 2027 cycle, filing opens May 10, 2027, and we will refresh the dates then.
