The fastest way to reach us is through the community discussions and reports on this site. Post your question there and we will read it. Other applicants often answer first, and their experience helps. If your OCSEAS activation email never arrived, if your testing center filled up, or if your photo was rejected, chances are someone in the discussion has hit the same wall and found the way past it.

Please do not post private details in a public discussion. Never share your password, your full ID number, or a clear photo of your ID. A short description of the problem is enough for people to help you safely.

Corrections and updates

If a date, a fee, or a requirement on this site looks wrong, flag it in the discussions with the announcement or CSC page you saw it on. We check every report against the official CSC announcements and update the page when the report is right. The March 14, 2027 exam, the ₱500 fee, and the 352,391 slots all come from CSC announcements, and we keep those numbers tied to their source.

Contact the CSC for official matters

Some things only the Civil Service Commission can fix. Account problems that survive password recovery, profile details locked after your one allowed update, evaluation questions, and slot disputes all belong to the CSC. Reach them through csc.gov.ph or your CSC Regional or Field Office. The office you chose for your personal appearance is usually the best first stop, because that office holds your application.

Bring your printed CS Form No. 100, your valid ID, and any email the system sent you when you visit. Office staff can find your record far faster with those in hand.

What we cannot do

We cannot file your application for you, move your testing center, reopen a full center, or tell you your exam result. Results come from the CSC through OCSERGS, with a passing rating of 80.00. Anyone who offers to do these things for a fee is not us and is not the CSC.
