Privacy Policy
Created November 2, 2026
This page explains what information this site collects, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short and plain, because privacy policies should be readable.
What we collect
When you read pages here, the site records basic technical information, such as which pages were opened, the type of browser and device used, and the time of the visit. This is the normal log data every website keeps, and we use it to see which guides people actually need, so we can improve them.
If you join a discussion or send a report on this site, we receive what you write and the name you choose to show. Please think before you post. Do not include your password, your ID numbers, your birth certificate details, or photos of your documents. Your CSC application itself happens on ocseas.csc.gov.ph or services.csc.gov.ph, not here, and we never see your application data.
Cookies
This site may use cookies to remember simple settings and to count visits. Cookies are small files stored by your browser. You can block or delete them in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work for reading, though some features may forget your preferences between visits.
How we use information
We use visit data and discussion reports to fix errors, update outdated exam information, and decide which topics need a fuller guide. We do not sell personal information. We do not build profiles of individual readers. We do not send your information to the Civil Service Commission or to any reviewer, advertiser, or data broker for their own use.
Links to other sites
This guide links to official CSC websites, including csc.gov.ph, ocseas.csc.gov.ph and services.csc.gov.ph. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and the CSC controls what happens there. When you file your application on an official portal, that portal's policy covers your data, including the documents you upload for evaluation.
Your choices
You can read this entire guide without creating any account or handing over any personal detail. If you posted in a discussion and want something removed, raise it through the discussions on this site and we will act on it. Keep proof of identity simple: never send us a scan of your ID just to prove a post is yours.
We may update this policy when the site changes. The version on this page is the current one.
